Jose Marti International Airport serves Havana and is the airport that most visitors will arrive at. It consists of three separate terminals, with Terminal 3 used for all international flights. Havana is considered very safe considering its size. The Cuban police are out in force and highly visible, especially in areas frequented by tourists. This means crime is generally sparse in tourist destinations. It is considered safe to walk around Havana at night, although visitors should still be always aware of their surroundings and not leave their belongings unattended to at any time.
