Havana – Where to Stay

The city of Havana consists of several popular hotel districts including Old Havana, Central Havana and Vedado. Old Havana is known as of the more popular locations, while Central Havana is considerably more quiet. Those seeking larger hotels and greener areas of the city should consider Vedado, located only a 10 minute drive from Old Havana. Located in the center of Vedado, the Tryp Habana Libre hotel offers guests amazing views of both the city and the sea. Popular for visitors on business, honeymoons and leisure travel with family, the hotel was once the seat of the Cuban Government. Budget

The Hotel Park View was built in 1928 and previously one of Havana’s most exclusive locations. It offers reasonable accommodations and is located nearby to the Museo de la Revolución. Comfortable rooms offer either twin or double beds. Visitors can enjoy an on-site restaurant, Wi-Fi and a lobby bar on site. A 24-hour reception desk is available, as is breakfast (not included).
